- some of the published images do not have an alternative text description, but they are not used for current tasks,
- there are links whose title is the same as the link content, there is no visual highlighting of links on some pages, there are empty links,
- some fields in the forms are not correctly and clearly labelled,
- some elements on the website are not accessible via keyboard and do not have an available alternative,
- keyboard navigation on some subpages does not follow a logical order in relation to the website’s content,
- headers on some pages are not assigned to the appropriate elements and in the correct order, there are empty headers,
- for some elements of the website, the text-to-background contrast ratio is not at least 4.5:1, but the website provides alternative high-contrast versions,
- the text is fully justified.

Navigation using the Tab key does not follow a logical order in relation to the website’s content – making navigation difficult. In some places, there is no clear visual indication of where the user is on the website.

Headquarters
The customer service point, conference room and library are equipped with an induction loop for people with hearing impairments, as well as Braille signage on the doors.
The customer service point and library are also equipped with a text magnifier and a signature guide for blind and visually impaired people.
In the library we also have a software program for reading texts for visually impaired and blind people.
