The Centre deals with the development of estimation methodology for small domains (Small Area Estimation). The ongoing work is in line with the latest trends in statistical research, addressing issues such as:
- calibration,
- benchmarking,
- statistical data integration,
- indirect estimation utilizing spatial dependencies.
The Centre's staff also conducts regular training courses on statistical methods using R.
