Reports

The Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz specializes in nationwide public statistics tasks in the field of labour market statistics, wages and salaries, and labour costs. These tasks are carried out by the Centre for Labour Market Research and Analysis, which operates within the structure of the Office.

As part of this specialization, the Office conducts surveys concerning, among others, employment in the national economy, labour demand, demand for employees by occupation, working time, unemployment, wages and salaries, wage structure, labour costs, and the labour cost index.

Information for reporting units, forms and explanations are available for the following reports: Z-02, Z-03, Z-05, Z-06, Z-12, Z-14, Z-15, MRPiPS-01, MRPiPS-02, MRPiPS-07 and SMUP Z-JST. The Office’s website also provides materials concerning reporting obligations, the Reporting Portal and methodological explanations.

Z-02Labour costs, including the level and structure of costs incurred by employers for acquiring, maintaining and developing labour resources.
Z-03Employment and wages and salaries, including the number, dynamics and differentiation of employed persons by type of activity, sector, ownership form and territorial distribution.
Z-05Labour demand, including occupied jobs, vacancies, newly created jobs and liquidated jobs.
Z-06Employed persons, wages and salaries, and working time, including the average number of employees, employee turnover and employed persons by actual workplace.

Z-15Labour market demand for employees by occupation, including demand for graduates of vocational schools.
MRPiPS-01Labour market data, including information on unemployed persons, jobseekers, job vacancies and places of occupational activation.

Reporting units covered by the reporting obligation submit data electronically via the Statistics Poland Reporting Portal. An account in the portal is activated using authentication details sent together with the notification of the reporting obligation.

For substantive matters concerning individual reports, the Office provides a contact search tool, available after entering the REGON number and selecting the report symbol.
